Thialiaann Scarlett-Lloyd is approved by the Missouri Committee for Professional Counselors to provide supervision to LPC interns who acquired a provisional license and wish to work toward their required experience for full licensing. However, PLPC/intern supervision is not being provided at Intentional Alternatives.
If you are interested in being an intern at Intentional Alternatives is you must contact T. Scarlett-Lloyd for a in-person interview. There are a number of conditions and fees associated with supervision.
LPC Supervision is a 2 year commitment to participate in weekly individual supervision meetings.
Supervision also includes:
• Feedback and guidance on counseling techniques, application of theories, differential diagnosis, and ethics
• Review of assessments, case notes, and other documentation and/or recorded client sessions, as feasible and appropriate
• Phone or email consultation for emergency or time sensitive situations or events
• Professional mentoring
If we both agree that we would like to work together, you would be required to provide copy of your resumé or curriculum vita, three professional references, submit to a background check, and provide proof of liability insurance coverage. A Intentional Alternatives specific Supervision Agreement is a required component of being supervised by Thialiaann Scarlett-Lloyd.
