In accordance with national healthcare practices any Copay, Coinsurance, or Deductible amounts related to healthcare coverage and the counseling services provided are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and DUE AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.- You are 100% liable for sessions that occur when you are not covered health insurance.
- We accept credit/debit cards at the office. Inform the therapist at the start of your session. This includes some HRA/HSA cards.
- Have a PayPal account? You can make payments by logging in and ‘send money’ to ‘TSL@IntentionalAlternatives.com’.
- If you have a high account balance you may not be able to schedule appointments until payment are made.
- When using your health plan, the specific amount you are expected to pay is determined by the terms insurance plan NOT the provider. Standard payment policies apply, such as, the quoted plan info is never a guarantee that the plan will pay for services.
